I bought these cookies quite awhile ago. I do remember that they were quite tasty for gluten free, nice and lemony. I would imagine the they had the average amount of sugar for a typical cookie; that is just a guess however.

Assuming real eggs. Shelf life a long time if unopened. Can freeze. With me shelf life is not long. Once open, gone!! Too good not to eat right-a-way.
