ModwayAlika Abstract Diamond Trellis Area Rug, 5X8, Black and White

I was going to order this rug through way fair, but I found it significantly cheaper on amazon. I was very excited for its arrival! When it came though, the rug was rolled up as you would expect, but then it was folded in half! Because of the fold, the rug was stretched beyond what it should have been which created wrinkles that became a trip hazard for the toddlers that we purchased the rug for!!!! It took about a week for most of the wrinkles to work themselves out, but now the rectangular rug isn’t exactly a rectangle. I understand that it can be hard to get fabric to maintain a hard-lined shape, but this rug stretched out more than I thought it would. Additionally, it is very hard to vacuum because it’s not heavy at all. If you want to vacuum it, I suggest making sure you have furniture pieces holding it down and having the corners secured with some kind of double sided tape. There is also some kind of adhesive stuck in the fibers in several different areas of the rug.The only plus is that the rug is very soft and very easy to get liquids off of, but we will see how it wears over time.

This rug was great, I absolutely loved how soft and grounding it was-until my daughter spilled some water on it. The black bleeds like crazy and despite my efforts to contain it, theres now a very large brown dingy looking area and it looks awful! Useless now as it can't be hidden. Total disappointment. And nowhere does it say anything about how to clean but i definitely warn other buyers never to attempt to steam clean this thing! Or clean with liquid at all! Don't get this wet, you'll be sad.

Beautiful design, soft material. Kids love being on it. Perfect for us as it's not made out of wool. My husband is allergic to it and I don't like the smell of wool, especially on a rug.

This rug is very, very soft and great quality. The pattern is bold but just enough to make my living room pop.

This carpet is beautiful, soft, and goes perfectly with my mid century decor. High quality for price point. A delicate hand vacuuming does wonders for its longevity. Handles foot traffic well. The geometric design is precise with no color bleed.

Love love love this rug!!! I got it for our home office and it makes the space pop! It’s so soft. Love the navy color. Pictures were accurate. It smelled a tiny bit, but nothing a small bit febreeze couldn’t handle. The smell was never overwhelming to me at all. Overall VERY happy with the purchase!

This is the softest rug I’ve ever felt and it is beautiful. I will say though it is more of a cream colored white than a Snow White but I didn’t mind that because it still matched my decor just fine. I would highly recommend it, especially if you have kids playing and laying on it because it is so comfy.
