Product arrived quickly. Sadly My Cannon D320 only recognized one of the 2 cartridges. After installing the first one it just said "install cartridge". I tried it several times then broke out the other cartridges because I was desperate to get some printing done. That one loaded and is working fine so the first must have been defective. At least they weren't expensive?

I have used this product before. The only issue I had with my last order before this one was one of the two cartridges in the twin pack simply would not start. The copier would not recognize there was a cartridge installed and kept saying install cartridge. I ordered a new twin pack and there was no problem at all. Something must be wrong with the cartridge. I load the defection one at least a dozen times thinking it would work but it never did. I have used at least 4 cartridges in the past and they all worked great. Just a fluke I suppose.

I was hesitant to order non-Canon cartridges but did anyways. The cartridge was easy to install, and the printing is flawless. The value on these is superb. I will definitely look first for these cartridges from Inktoneram when I need to replace them.

For my dinosaur of a copy machine these were a wonderful find. Have only just recently replaced the old cartridge with this new one but so far, so good. I got 2 cartridges for the cost of 1 name brand cartridge.
