Star Drag Gear
My package arrived and the star drag had an ear broken off and missing. I'm writing this hoping the company will send me a replacement gear please. Other than that these are great rod and reels, this is my second one and I love them. Thanks in advance

Casts the lightest Lures with ease.
I can Zing 1/4, 3/8’s Poppers and Lipless Lures 40 yards with this Combo. The action is perfect for lightweight anything and if I was more proficient with a Baitcasting Reel I’m sure I could get a lot farther. It’s the most sensitive Rod I’ve ever used also, I was trying a tiny Yum Grub and a #4 hook and was feeling every little Tick and actually casting it fairly easily. I highly recommend this and all 13 Fishing Gear.UPDATE 2/2025Still performing perfectly and I’ve only had to clean and Lube twice due to usage.

Completely wrecked in shipping - update so is replacement.
I ordered 2. 1 some how is delayed so I’m guessing it’s messed up as the other one had saran wrap beyond to tightly between body and reel. Bent a bunch stuff. Doesn’t work. Looks like they tried to reel it way to tight with the wrap on. Don’t buy.Update:Replacement came. Worse than before. Rod is broken in half and reel is crushed.

Better than expected
Spooled it and rigged it and hit the water..First cast was rough, adjusted the brakes and it was perfect til now..Caught a few so far,Let’s see how it holds up ! Can’t beat the combo for the price..Beautifully colored

It’s broken
So I don’t know if you can see there, but looks like the final I was broken off. It wasn’t in the box or anything. It’s a giant pain to have to re-box and send this somewhere.

It's ok...
Good rod but reel is not so good. Very disappointed in the reel. It's not smooth at all when u reel in it has a clicking or bumpy feeling and the tension setting on it is either real tight or real loose. I don't know if I just got a bad reel or what. Because I dont usually buy 13 fishing and this is my first one so.... I have used other 13 fishing reels like the concept and it feels good. Anyways this one is not my favorite for the price.
