Got for hubby. Within a week he was a changed person....Takes one am and pm and really seem to be helping his anxiety. He is not a good eater and drinks way too much coffee and these seem to balance him.

Not sure if it is a good replacement for xanax.

I was somewhat skeptical about taking this but I received it as part of a promotion and I wanted to give my honest and best review. I took my time writing the review because I did not want to take it for a few days and then make a snap judgment. I must say that I was extremely pleased with this product.First let me say that I do suffer from severe depression but I do not take medication for it because all the medicines that I have taken in the past have not seemed to work. That being said, DO NOT take this product if you are taking any other medications unless you talk to your doctor first. It states right on the bottle that there are drug interactions so please read the label.That being said, I read the label and noticed that all the ingredients were natural so I knew exactly what was going into my body. When I opened the bottle, I was pleased that there was no nasty smells. So many times with natural ingredients you tend to get an earthy smell but not with Relaxedin. This made me less anxious about taking the product.Now at this point I want to say that the one thing I did not like well two really about the product is that it is not child proof and there is no age limit on the product. Most products will say stuff like not for children under 13 or something to that effect but these two things were not bothersome enough that I was going to reduce my rating.I started taking the pills and I noticed within a couple of days that I felt more relaxed. Also, my kids noticed as well because I was not as high strung as I usually am. I did not yell at them as often and I just felt genuinely over all BETTER! I slept better at night. Usually at night when I lay down I feel jittery and edgy but since I started taking the Relaxedin I have not been feeling that way. I flow into sleep so much easier. Now the bottle does say that it suppresses appetite so I was curious as to how it would affect my eating and oddly enough I found myself eating less. However, I think this may be due to the fact that I don't feel as depressed. Depression can make you eat or at least it does me and since I was not as depressed, I didn't feel as hungry.This is definitely a five star product and if you get the chance you should try it!

I had been non-stop worry about everything and I could not get a good sleep. It was so difficult simply easy to close my eyes and take my mind of daily stuff. I have anxiety and panic attacks. Shaking, nausea, short breath, chest pain, etc, etc. I have been on anti depressants and anti anxiety medication, but can't currently take them. My husband is always telling me to calm down because I freak out over every little think. This morning I was getting very stressed so I took two of these. With in a couple of minutes I felt a lot calmer. I can honestly say that these had the same calming effects for me that xanex does. This is a lifesaver. If you suffer from anxiety, and can't take prescription medications, give this a try. I could provide you with some much needed relief. Remember that supplements affect everyone differently. My day is full of exhaustion and indifference. I pushed away all my friends because lying in bed by myself in the dark seemed easier. It wasn't more enjoyable, though. I've been taking Relaxedin for a month, and the changes are quicker than expected.

Oh, I couldn't even stand to be around myself, and that is horrible. I found this supplement and thought I would try it because it was inexpensive. I am glad I did because it has changed my life.
