Good Maca Based Multivitamin
These are more of a maca root based complex/mutlivitamin really as they have a lot of extras with the zinc, omega and other vitamins. My partner has been supplementing with maca root itself for some time now for it's benefits of increased energy (among other things) and he feels he has always gotten good results when sticking to it daily and also takes a lot of the other vitamins included here so can work these into his supplements very easily by reducing some of the others. Just make sure you're clear about the benefits and if you need to supplement with this or not before taking it based on other people's opinions unless they're professionals offering you specific advice - especially with regards to blood pressure, which supplements like this can reduce when taken long-term.If you know a maca root based multivitamin like this is the right supplement for you right now then these will last around a month if you stick to the higher recommended dose of four a day.

Not vegetarian
It’s a shame that these have gelatine in them as they are therefore not suitable for groups such as vegetarians and vegans. It’s interesting that they can be labelled as “100% natural” but yet contain something like gelatine. If you take the maximum dose here of 4 a day you’ll only have these last a month as there are 120 in the container. At almost £20 it’s pretty pricey, especially as it’s a European rather than U.K. brand.

No difference
Have been taking this daily as recommended but felt absolutely no difference at all. The dosage seems too low compared to other maca products.
