Can installation be reversed, to supply exterior air to the interior, instead of exhaust interior air?

It will only work if exterior side its not exposed to the elements.

Is there a way to attach a screen to keep insects from coming in?

It would have to be on the inside so as to not block louvers

I have it installed in a bathroom window. With the winters coming the gap is letting in lots of cold air. Does anyone have an idea to plug the gap

I cut a piece of foam pad insulation 2” thick to fit into the opening over the back of the motor, works great to keep out the weather and insects
