I ordered GODA on a whim after seeing it pop up in my feed one too many times. Pheromone perfume? Sure, why not. I’m at that age where I’ll try anything that promises to make me feel remotely interesting again. The bottle arrived on a Tuesday. Sleek little black dropper bottle, very minimalist, very “I have my life together” vibes. I applied 2 drops to my wrists before heading to dinner with friends that evening. Within 20 minutes of arriving, three women surrounded me like I was holding the last bottle of wine at a party. “What is that smell?” “Are you wearing something new?” “You smell incredible—like, I want to follow you around incredible.” I’m not going to lie, I felt like a goddess. Fast forward to Thursday morning. I’m getting ready for work, and I notice my GODA bottle is not on my bathroom counter where I left it. I search everywhere. Nightstand. Makeup bag. Purse. Nothing. Then my 13-year-old daughter walks into the kitchen. I SMELLED IT ON HER. “Ella. Did you take my perfume?” She had the audacity—THE AUDACITY—to look me dead in the eye and say, “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” while literally smelling like a jasmine garden wrapped in mystery and confidence. “That’s MY GODA.” “Mom, relax. I just borrowed it.” Long story short, she wore it to school. All her friends and even a teacher asked what she was wearing and where could they get it. By Friday, I found the bottle in her bathroom. Nearly empty. She looked at me with those big apologetic eyes and said, “Mom, you have to order me one. And maybe order yourself a backup because I’m definitely going to steal yours again.” Here’s the thing: I’m not even mad. Well, I’m a little mad. But mostly I’m impressed that a perfume oil can cause this much family drama over something that costs less than a decent dinner out. The scent itself is absolutely gorgeous—it’s floral without being grandma-ish, sophisticated without being stuffy, and it’s got this warmth that makes you want to keep smelling your own wrist all day like a complete weirdo. The jasmine and rose blend is chef’s kiss, and there’s something slightly spicy underneath that keeps it interesting. And yes, it genuinely lasts ALL DAY. I applied it at 7 AM and could still smell it at 10 PM. The oil formula makes your skin feel smooth and moisturized instead of that dry alcohol-perfume feeling. I’ve now ordered three bottles: one for me, one for my daughter (labeled with her name so she stops committing perfume larceny), and one hidden in my underwear drawer as backup because I don’t trust anyone in this house anymore. Pros: • Actually lives up to the hype • Lasts genuinely all day without reapplication • Only need 2-3 drops (though my daughter apparently needed the whole bottle) • Makes your skin soft while making you smell amazing • Will cause compliments from strangers and perfume theft from family members Cons: • Your daughter will steal it • You’ll become that person who smells their own wrists obsessively • You’ll need to order backups immediately • Might cause friction in mother-daughter relationships (kidding… mostly) Would I recommend? I was initially disappointed in this product. The scent is light and does not last long. Also, I am unsure why people say that it smells so good? It think that it smells "Ok" - a light soapy scent, but nothing special and definitely not what I would consider sexy. I wore it for several days to give it a chance. No one seemed to notice it, myself included. ***Updated my review after wearing this for a longer period of time - First of all, after my initial review I was contacted by the seller and their customer service is amazing. I decided to keep wearing it and though I still think that the scent could be stronger, I do like it now. The bottle lasts a while but it would be better if it were larger. It is easy to apply and the scent is light and pleasant (though I still think it's sort of clean "soapy" smelling). AND, I don't know if it's purely coincidence, but a friend mentioned that I smelled really good, and my husband suddenly has shown more interest in me recently. I have since purchased more.

This perfume smells absolutely wonderful BUT it legit does not last. You can put on 3 drops or the whole bottle; the smell is gone in less than an hour. You would have to carry this around with you and apply every 45 minutes or so in order for it to be noticeable. The scent is awesome though, I love it.

It is really amazing. I'll put on about 3 or 4 drops, small drops too, and at 8 o'clock I was asked what are you wearing. You smell so good. Have a friend wanting some and I'll be ordering a back up bottle for me too.

I’ve used a lot of body oil and pheromone perfume and this by far is the best I’ve ever used. It has a gorgeous smell that’s not too sweet but very feminine. And it lasts all day and sometimes more I can smell it on clothes I’ve had on days ago.
