So far I've read nothing but amazing reviews, and it seems to work however it is loud is this normal? Anybody out there they can post a video of how quiet there is so I have something to compare it to? I've attempted to reach out to the seller with no luck so I may have to return it simply because it is loud and it's making a grinding noise. I literally just received it four days ago didn't have a chance to unpack it or open it until today, and literally have used it twice today just to see how it works but it's exceptionally loud.UPDATE: this seller has been great! Explained that is normal to make a grinding type noise and STILL offered a refund. THANK YOU.
