Has anyone tested the lifetime guarantee and had a response? I haven’t. Two bags reinflated and they won’t reply to me.Think this was a waste of money

Please try going over the zipper with the clip again left to right several times to ensure the seal, and check that the pink foam valve inside the cap is intact and make sure the cap is tightly sealed. If that still doesn't do the trick, please reply back to me and we'll happily ship out some replacements. I have six pillows that I need to store away. What size bags do you recommend and how many would I need?

I would recommend the jumbo bags. We put 3 in one bag and my husband says probably 4 may fit. We managed to put a double duvet in one bag.

Do you use one or two of the blue pegs to seal the bags

I didnt use any pegs just the hoover and dont overfill.
