Very sharp seems to be a good quality but it would be nice if it had some kind of a protective sheath very dangerous to just leave laying around

Works great, but sometimes the food gets stuck in the middle and be very careful taking out the food in the middle of the two blades because there’s knife will chop your finger off!

Very sharp! Gets the job done. A little tricky getting the inside clean.

Works well, but needs a shieve to cover the blades to protect from cuts and accidents. The only reason I placed 3 stars was for mentioned. I’ve enjoyed using it so far but we need to be careful with pushing through chunks that get caught between the blades.

The blades on this are too close to each other. It makes it very difficult to clean the inside of it. I like that it's curved and the handle is sturdy, blades are good and sharp. But the schmutz in between the two blades stays stuck in there. Couldn't get to it with a sponge, bottle brush, another knife. Will probably order a new/different one where the gap is wider and more accessible.

Omg it made my chopping at work 3x faster!!! I mainly used this for chopping shrimp for inside of egg rolls and it took a 30 minute job (17lbs of shrimp chopping) down to 10 minutes as well as making herb chopping soooooo much quicker!!! I lover Mercer brand knives and this was definitely an amazing addition to my collection!! I highly recommend this to anyone who has to do a lot of chopping!!!!!
