It's a little bulkier than I'd hoped. I'll be very happy if I can find a case I like for it.

Had been working as intended (charging laptops, phones, etc). However, we managed to kill our 700W steamer for clothes in Tiberias, Israel. The steamer worked fine with the device in Netanya. We are still near the beginning of our journey and lost the convenience of steaming our clothes.

I've been looking for a international voltage converter for a while now. I travel a lot for work and have had issues with my computer and other electrical items not charging correctly or failing to charge due to the 220v. This was a good find. Happy it has USB ports as well. Very light weight and small enough to fit in my carry on bag. it also came with a wide range of adaptors to fit any plug. This is a great find and i'm so happy now that I found a product that is more than just a converter but get's me a 110v as well...

Fortunately, the power was stepped down from 240 to 110, when I accidentally put my finger near the USB charging ports... it appears there is a metal perimeter at each charging port. Surprise-- shock of your life. And dangerous. Also, the plud adapters do not fit into the round outlets. Disappointing. We made it work, but I think it was dangerous the way we had to plug it in half way into the wall.

We bought this for our trip to England and Ireland this summer and was just what we needed. My wife said I MUST leave a great review for this product! This product received high reviews from several websites. They are all deserved!

I can't use it with my hair straightener.

Great for travel and usage on other countries. Nice so many countries are available. A

Received for trip to Israel but product did not work. Light came on but hair dryer or curling iron would not work. Several in our group had a problem with it gong on fire or shorting out. One person has their hairdryer destroyed and another destroyed their iPhone. I was fortunate this did not happen. The UBS ports on mine did work so I was able to charge my electronic devices. Wish I could recommend this device but unfortunately I cannot. I was disappointed and wish I could get a refund but I bought it in advance of our trip that started on September 11th.
