They are not exactly AIR Tight
Hi have several gluten free flours that I am using to make gluten free breads, bagels, biscuits and more. I did not like having bags all over my counter, so I ordered several sets so that each of my flour specialties could have their own canister. I had looked at many types, and just was not seeing what I needed. These came up, suited me as to the Stainless Steel Look (Yes, LOOK) but the plastic inserts are not air tight, when I put flour in the canisters and when I washed them before I put the flour in, water was pouring through not properly sealed seals and when dried I put the flour in and you could see it poofing out through the see thru plastic inserts. Okay for a start until I can find something better. I believe these are mid range in price.
