12 month warranty is worthless!
I purchased this item and initially it worked okay although the app was rather clunky. Following a software update update the image on my phone inverted. The Doorbell is now impossible to use. I sent a message to the seller on 22nd January and they haven't even replied.I am appalled by the lack of redress from Amazon and Office Lead UK

Not good quality
The product is a cheap Chinese brand. The QR code on the box does NOT link to an app on Android and thus is impossible to use.The product does not start when plugged in. It does NOT come with a USB cableDo not buy thinking that you are buying a quality doorbell

Does not meet specification
The product description is not correct. No USB cable is supplied. The reviews are not correct. This product cannot be run on batteries. It requires AC power.
