Some fish will lose their colors during the shipping process due to stress but will color back up once they are adapted to their new home We quarantine all fish before shipping to make sure they are healthy. If you order says it was a confirmed shipment that does not mean we have shipped them. only lets us accept the order after a couple days before it is considered “late.” We may cancel and refund you if we think the fish is not good or ready to ship. Guaranteed live arrival, if you have any problems with your order just send a photo in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery. Photos MUST be in the unopened bag within 2 hours of being marked delivered or no refund! Keep track of your tracking number! After your order we will confirm it then attach a tracking number a few days later when it gets shipped. Remember we are dealing with live animals and it is important to be ready when they arrive. Some fish may not be able to ship to certain states, we will cancel your order for you if we can not get the fish to your location. All packages will have padding and heat pads if needed with no extra cost.
