Alvita Red Raspberry Leaf Caffeine Free 24 Tea Bags

My husband and I are trying to conceive (it would be the first for both of us) and so we have been trying to be more healthy take more of an interest in holistic/natural factors. I learned about the benefits red raspberry tea and have only read great and amazing things as it applies to helping our female organs overall. I don't like hot drinks.. even my coffee I will put an ice cube or two in with some milk.. anyway.. with this tea I just run hot tap water over the tea bag in my cup and then wait til it becomes room temp and then drink and just keep refilling with water til there is no more coloring in my water... it may sound weird but I like it and also am able to make the most of one tea bag a day. Anyway.. we are only on our second month of trying to conceive and I have been pretty regular with my cycles(I'm 30 yrs) as it is so I hope this only helps to increase our chances as well as benefit the labor process if/ when we do conceive.

Made my period late and gave me weird menstrual symptoms. No more use after that.

I started drinking this tea in my 3rd trimester. I'm not a big tea drinker but I found it to be delicious. It didn't have a strong taste and wasn't bitter at all. I didn't drink this for long but I went into labor 2 weeks before my due date and my labor and delivery went smoothly. I can't say it's because I drank this tea but it didn't hurt things either.

I had read things about raspberry leaf tea and how it toned your uterus and eased labor pains, but I wasn't sure if it would work or not. I ordered this when I was seven months pregnant and drank 3 bags of it iced every night. I was planning on having a natural birth with no pain relief, and wanted to do anything that would help. When my contractions started I didn't even know I was in labor. The contractions felt like very strong menstrual cramps and were not near as bad as I had anticipated. I was in labor 8 hours and pushed for about 30 minutes. My labor pains were mild and I was able to sit and let my body relax through the contractions. I can't be sure that this tea is a miracle tea because it was my first baby, but I would recommend it to any pregnant woman. I was able to have a wonderful birth without any numbing drugs, which was a very empowering experience.

You can compare it to unsweetened black tea, but palpable and soothing. It is one of nature's best blood purifiers in addition to being great for women anytime. It's great year round and for flu season, and you can ice it too. Sweeten it up with a bag of chamomile or red clover. Spearmint & peppermint tea compliment it well too -- or add value to that flavored stuff from the supermarket w/this.You can drink this like water and I can't say enough about how good this tea is for well being, you'll probably instantly feel better.

I drink this tea during my third trimester of pregnancy, per midwife recommendations. It's not the best tasting tea but it's not bad and it's great in this winter weather. A decent price.....cheaper than my local health food store.
