Terrible product didnt do anything dont waste your money on it.

This stuff works great cools my feet right down.

This muscle relief cream is a mixed bag. It absolutely delivers on its main promise of cooling relief, but the texture of the cream itself is disappointing. The Good: You get an immediate and noticeable cooling feeling as soon as you apply it, which is great for sore joints and muscles. The scent is very neutral and not overpowering like many other muscle rubs can be which could be attributed to.... The Not-So-Good: My main issue is the consistency. Despite being called a "cream," it feels watered down. It doesn't spread like a typical cream; it behaves much more like baby oil, which I didn't care for.

I’ve used plenty of menthol creams, gels, and patches, and they usually give that strong cooling, soothing hit. This one has a nice texture. It's more like a lotion than a gel and it absorbs quickly without being greasy. But for me, the cooling effect just wasn’t really there. If you’re looking for a soft, moisturizing cream with mint and arnica, this might still work, but if you want that intense chill, this isn’t it.

I love this menthol soothing cream. As someone that has joint pain daily in my wrists, I couldn’t wait to try it. I was so happy after the initial use and continue to be. The product does not have a strong scent, which I was happy about and it goes on so smoothly. I realized quickly that you only need a dab of the cream, as it goes far and being it’s a smaller canister, you will not want to waste it. I will continuing to use this product in my daily routine, especially because, besides its help with pain, it is natural and leaves my skin feeling fresh too!
