Very happy
Saw this advertised on a shopping channel some time ago, but did not have the money to purchase at the time. When I wanted to order, they were no longer supplying the NO NO. I was over the moon when I saw this was available on Amazon: It did take a very long time for delivery, but well worth the wait. This is so easy and effective to use, small, compact hence practical to travel with. Highly recommend.

Was expecting more for such an expensive item
The media could not be loaded. I only have a limited time to post a review after obtaining a product under Amazon Vine, so will update it if there are any changes to my observations later down the line.A pain free hair removal system is advertised on the TV - this is intriguing. It comes in a rather drab plain box. I thought this was just an outer postage box with a nice colour box was inside but nono, this is the box. Opening it reveals NoNo in large words printed on the flap, lifting up to reveal the unit. Under that is the instructions, then under that the charger, small cleaning brush, polishing pad? and 2 heads in case. For such an expensive product, I was expecting more in the packaging and presentation. You first need to fully charge the unit, even though there is a charge in there. It has a cellophane sleeve over the NoNo which was hard to see at first and also not as easy to get off as I would have liked. The cover pulls off the top and a head is inserted. This came with 2 heads a narrow and wide one, so pick which one is best for your application. Make sure the moulded NoNo on the head is the same side as the NoNo logo on the machine. There are numerous warnings regarding health and operation in the manual, which is very well laid out and easy to follow. This phased me a little, but I persevered. The machine has to be held upright at 90 degrees, with the display facing you. You then pull it towards you at a constant pace. Too slow and it will not work (my first experience), too fast and you are not removing the hair. You repeat this process 5-6 times, then buff away loose hairs with the polishing pad. Do not expect this to be like a razor and one pass removes all the hair.I must admit that I am very hairy, not warewolf hairy, but hairy none the less. I tried it on the back of my hand, whacked it up to max settings and started rolling it. I found that the shape of my hand or the way I held it meant that it kept going off and coming on. I tried different speeds and pressures. As I rolled it over, I was looking at my hand when I smelt singeing hair and saw smoke rising. It was burning the hairs off so was working. I was expecting a clean patch but nono.I do not know if it is because I have long hairs and they are laying down as the machine passes over them, but I found very little difference after 6 passes. In fact to do a small section, it was taking so long that the charge depleted 1 bar and there was little difference. Compare this to shaving the hairs off, one pass and they are gone - also pain free and cheaper as well.Perhaps this works better when used on shorter hair, but as this burns the hairs off rather than cutting, I find it less of a close shave than using a razor with 3 or 5 blades, as these pull the hair and then cut it, cleaving a closer shave.I will persevere, but am finding it tedious and time consuming compared to my current method. For me, its a NoNo. It's OK, but nothing more than that.
