This is one of my top three favorite pastas on the market. Hardy and flavorful, it's great with a wide variety of pasta recipes on my menu rotation.I'd been purchasing it from Vitacost but they stopped carrying it and the third-party vendor here at Amazoncharged a large shipping fee so I was pleased recently to see it being offered by the Al Dente Pasta Company itself, shipped by Amazon. The price is still higher than more ordinary dried pastas but I like it so much that I'm willing to splurge a bit. Thanks for keeping it available.

Very tasty. That said, note: The Spinach is an ingredient in the form of Spinach POWDER. So while my pre-teenage son Does Not eat Spinach when it looks like spinach, he LOVES eating this fettuccine, so he's getting the value.

I've been using this product for years. It is consistently good. Amazon ships it in a box so it isn't broken into small pieces. I highly recommend it.

Outstanding product absolute quality a delicious alternative to high calorie pasta with more nutrition. My husband even loves it. He said he will never eat another noodle. As long as he lives, he loves it. I love it as well. I will never eat another noodle as long as they are making this product!! Thank you to this company for a deliscious stellar quality product!!! I thought this was the same product I bought in the past. Either it’s not or the company changed it slightly. It still tastes amazing. It’s due to the strands being cut into smaller pieces vs. leaving them bundled in long pieces like most fettuccine is made. It’s also quite a bit more expensive than previously. For me, it’s worth it as I love spinach pasta and it’s not as easy to find as it used to be.

Delicious, and arrived promptly

A wonderful pasta with a delightful squid ink flavor. Delicious on the palate. Made a garlicky tomato sauce with shrimp , tossed in the squid ink pasta and and instant delicious meal! This pasta cooks Al dente in 3 minutes so you can make a family meal in no time at all. Love it! Great squid ink pasta is hard to find and now I can get it at Amazon! Love it!
