best company customer service
Although this product can have some difficulties with charging after a year or so, their customer service is excellent and they sent me a free replacement without any hassle.

Fantastic and I mean fantastic service
We bought these headphones in blue for our 10 year old daughter and she absolutely loves them! Not only is the sound top notch but the quality of the headphones themselves is above what we expected. And the color is a sharp looking blue. When we had an issue that was caused on our end, customer service dealt with it very promptly. I mean literally we got an email back within hours and it was resolved that same day. Don’t want to mention the agents name out of privacy but it started with a B and she is why we will always stick with Puro. Service and quality is everything.

VERY Nice product for my 3 year old
BUY THESE... Here's why:I was hesitant to purchase such a pricy item for a toddler, but our corded pair of earphones was just too difficult with a wondering child. The sound quality is VERY good, they sound better than my pricy in ear headphones. But not better than my Bose. But my daughter doesn't need $300+ headphones.Build quality and construction is really good, very durable and we don't use the included hard case. We store them in our diaper bag. We live in NYC and our stroller is our "car" so the bag take more abuse than one might in the burbs. These aren't noise canceling like the Bose but do make a good seal over the ear and close out (or shut out) a lot of ambient noise. Perfect for the plane. They hold a charge for a week, and are the most stylish we've found. They also WON'T get too loud to protect hearing.I feel they get plenty loud for plane and cars, any more and you're just doing dammage.Made by parents who have children with special hearing needs, it feels like something made by parents FOR parents.

Best kids headphones.
Noise canceling feature actually works unlike most other “noise canceling” Children’s headphones. Also the volume limiter keeps my little rockstar from frying out his eardrums. These things take the abuse of a toddler pretty well. I got two good years out of mine which is about three times what I expected. The charging connector wore out early on but warranty replacement was fairly painless; a phone call and a new pair two days later.I’ll reiterate that even though these only lasted two years that they were under constant toddler abuse. This is well beyond what I would expect any similar device to last. You will get your moneys worth.

Nice small footprint, tight on head for exercise in the gym, good quality sound for music and phone.
i find these headphones ideal because [1] they're just right size for the gym, [2] small footprint so they're not obnoxious looking, they fit in to different social environments, [3] they're tight/stay on my head and lightweight for using around the house, [4] good for travel, [5] sound via bluetooth for phone call is good as far as has been reported on the other end. and [6] small enough to where it does not crowd out too much external noise, and [7] they not get my ears too sweaty. and last but not least [8] i easily chatted with Product Support and after showing them my Amazon order # they assessed something went wrong with headphones and they're handling my situation generously and professionally!

Best customer service ever!
I ordered two Puro kids BT2200 headphones for my daughters' home schooling and for 7 months, these headphones have been a godsend. They're noise canceling, comfortable, cute, and my girls can be on zoom school for 6-7 hours a day, and not complain about the headphones! Unfortunately, (after almost 7 months of daily use) one of the headphones stopped charging (the ear piece where the charging port is located started getting really hot when plugged in). I went to the Puro website and messaged their customer service with my problem. Within 5 minutes of typing my problem into their customer service instant messenger, they replied, replaced my defunct headphones (for free), and shipped them to my house. Their customer service agent was quick, sweet, and it felt like messaging a friend. I couldn't be more happy with their products and their customer service. Those two elements are the hallmarks of a great company!

Great for kids! (from an audiophile)
I'm an audiophile and I have kids and recently bought these for the airplane due to the noise and not wanting their ears to get harmed by needless increasing of volume due to ambient noise. But I've been impressed! They're pretty comfortable, comes with a nice case (so you can stuff it in their backpacks without damage), and also has a decent BT feature and chord feature. Volume levels only needed at mid-level on an airplane so I was quite pleased.Quality is good enough for kids - mostly the bass comes out properly with the pressure and suction around the ears. And I think the EQ is shaped so it's pleasant. If you want both kids to hear from one ipad for example, you'll need to get a splitter though. BT or wired doesn't daisy chain like some others. But no big deal. Just get a good quality splitter.I still use my Etymotic ER-4P's and Senn 600's, but stick with ER-4P's for airplanes obviously. This will tell you the level of audio I'm used to hearing and enjoying.

Well-liked until they quit working
I ordered these for my 8-year old, as her school headset for virtual schooling. They paired and worked well with both a Windows laptop and iPad. My daughter loved them and also used them for non-school stuff as well. Up until a little over a month later, when the Bluetooth aspect just quit working. When that happened, I remembered reading other reviews that said the same thing, and that customer support from the seller was pretty much non-existent. I wish those reviews had led me to buy something else. So, I'm leaving a 1-star review here, in hopes that their average review comes down to a more appropriate number.As-is, I've got a $90 pair of headphones that still work for basic audio through the headphone jack. But that's worth about $5 to me, and the Bluetooth and noise reduction aspects lasted just over a month, and just long enough to get outside of the 30-day replacement window.
