This is a top quality item, carefully designed and made of first class materials. After trying many options this is the only one I found which I can easily put on, adjust and take off myself. The strap can be worn just above the waist if under the ribs is not comfortable (as in the picture). The item was bought because bad posture was causing severe stomach acid problems. Wearing the item for a couple of hours a day particularly when prone to slouching has vastly improved the problem. It should be accompanied by standard and easy exercises to strengthen front and back core muscles (70 years old, 5ft 10, 14 st)

This was a complete waste of money. Really low quality. Clearly had been returned and boxed up again and resold.

Comes in a box which is good to keep it in when you take it off.I purchased the large one as I am quite big.My main problem is huge breaststroke which drag my forward. Really tried many thing to try gain uprightness.Front closure bras are suggested but they do not work.This fits me well and ypu can adjust and hold in place with the velcro straps.It's a very simple set up which works well.The price is a bit high in my opinion for a strap and a bar of plastic.It does help though. I put on the second it arrived and I feel like a new and taller woman. Lol

Not worth the price tag. When tightened (to do it’s intended job), the straps ride up your pits… not comfortable at all!

I ordered a large, but with a 42 inch chest & 36 inch waist, it barely fits me, and is actually too tight to be comfortable. Would be good if they got their sizing right.

I sit at my desk for most of the day due to work, and I noticed that my posture is suffering from this. I try to compensate by working out, but an hour of exercise a few days a week most likely doesn't make up for hours sitting at a desk every day. This harness really helps straighten my back and keeps it in a much better posture while I'm at my desk, plus it is useful when exercising as well to ensure I maintain proper posture. You have to be careful wearing this however, as having it on for too long might weaken the back muscles, but as long as you're mindful of that it is a great product.

I really like this posture support because it's as small as it can be but is still highly effective! This means you can wear it underneath clothes and it's still very discreet without anyone being able to tell you're wearing it. It helps keep my posture in check throughout the day and keep back pain at bay. Would recommend!

Design beautiful. What could have been an amazing product lack in my opinion an extra strap. There is only one strap to adjust tension in the shoulder that you fasten just under your breast. If you put good tension in your shoulders the pressure under your breast is unbearable and I would say unhealthy. If you put little pressure, then it does nothing to your posture. Therefore I think this product could be update by having a strap to put under your breast and then another strap (as other not so stylish products out there) to control de tension on the shoulders. Than I would give it 5 stars
