I have an original Dell adapter with the 7.4mmx5.0mm plug and wanted to use it to charge my Dell XPS-13 9350. However using this "converter" the laptop is unable to recognize the dell adapter thus laptop does not charge the battery. while connected.

With these adapters I was able to save two HP power supplies from old Laptops. Just make sure the specs from the old power supplies match the new one.

My laptop is Dell 1300 Inspiron and I ordered the right size and I can put it on my laptop but did not charge. It's why I return it. You can find an $8 laptop charger, just buy the whole charger rather than buy this. Additionally, I return this item on April 27th and did not refund yet until today June 15th.

I have a xps 15 9570 the adapter doesnt charge the machine but does supply power. This is the only reason why i am giving it 2 starts
