I bought this hat for my 4 yo active son, especially for boating. What I like about this hat is: 1. Head part is adjustable so it fits my son's head perfectly 2. Chin strap keeps hat on son's head, so it won't fly away even with a strong wind on a high speed boat. 3. It won't get wrinkly after getting wet and dries very quickly. 4. It provides nice shade around face and neck. 5. It's breathable and keeps head cooler. 6. Very light weight and foldable. 7. It seems comfortable. My son would keep it on all day.What I don't like about this hat? - So far I don't see any negative point.I was thinking of buying Sunday Afternoon hat but I'm glad I bought this hat, although I know Sunday Afternoon is a great brand. I would totally recommend this hat for any young kids.

This is a great sun hat. We've purchased about 8 of these in the past 10 years and they don't disappoint! The only complaint is that the loop that holds the strap always breaks after a few washes. It happened to all 8 so I know it's a manufacture's defect.

I bought this for my three year old daughter for the pool. (White) It covers the back of her neck to help protect against sunburn and has great facial coverage too. It's breathable with the vents which is primarily why I bought it. Excellent product and holds up to the washer and dryer as well.

I bought this little hat for my granddaughter to take on a rafting trip. She is 5. It is light and fits really nice covering her head, neck and ears well. The brim is 3” so it covers the face nicely. Also, it has elastic in the back and a little strap to help with fit. There is a chin strap to keep it on so it does not fall off.
