Motorcycle Helmet Chin Mount Kit

I have bought so many different chin mounts and can never get one that fits just right. My last one almost cost me my camera, hit a bump and it all came off, the little security cord caught it luckily. But I have been using this for quite a few months and it's still holding strong. It's basically universal on any helmet. Its well built, not just thin plastic on some adhesive strip. It has hinges on every section to form a good fit. Very light and simple to install. I thought mine had been delivered and it was a totally different mount. I reported that this isn't what I ordered, and started the return process. They sent me out a new one, but then this one did come, so I had 2 of them. I like it so much I decided to keep it and cancel the return process and just had them charge my card for the replacement. Me and my fiance both use them. Never had an issue with them.

Works great on a Carberg Modular Helmet. Solved the issue i had with the chin strapped ones since those one block the air intakes and the mask opening lever or hinge

Comes with plenty of mounting tape if you need it.It does need a flat surface to stick onto otherwise the mounting tape isn't going to work too well.

I can’t speak on the sticky mounts that they come with cause i had a OEM 3M sticky pad already on my helmet. They are really strong so I just re used it. The part that clips into the sticky mount was a bit wobbly so I switched to a go pro branded one and it doesn’t have any play at all. I mainly used this kit for the pegless arm mounts. These have screws that fit flush so there’s no knobs sticking out which is an awesome touch. Im sure the sticky mount that comes with the kit and the part that clicks into it would be fine because they were made to fit each other but if you’re using either the sticky pad or the part that clicks in with a go pro branded part they may not match up perfectly with each other and there may be some play. Just something worth noting. Quality looks great. If you’re in need of a kit and you plan on using all the parts in the kit it will work great. But if you’re mix matching just check for some play in the mating up of parts. It may cause the camera to rattle and cause audio or video issues if it’s not 100% secure. Hope this helps! Extremely versatile, plenty of articulation to meet all of my MotoCam needs. Adhesion is superb. Integrates well with my GoPro gear. There is a little slop between the mount and the arm, but that's easily remedied with a little DIY ingenuity. TONS of extras make this purchase sweet. You might ignore the wrench included with all the free stuff, as I did, replaced it with my own dedicated mini, but otherwise, all the free extra stuff is usable and helpful. Just completed a 1300 mile trek with the cam mount attached and in use for about 80% of those miles. No worries, no complaints, all smiles. This package is a steal at this price point. Well worth the money.

the longer of the 2 clip in mounts is broken. It either arrived broken or broke after very miniscule use. but the plastic is cracked and if I didn't notice it my Gopro 9 would have fallen off my motorcycle and been lost. Edit: I bought the product twice, so I could replace this clip. The second one broke as well the 3rd time I removed it. I didn't torque it, and was extra careful since the first one broke. This product is a cheap peice of crap that I wouldn't use to mount a disposable camera let alone my GoPro9. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS KIT.

Still holding strong but the adhesive doesn't have full coverage on the surface I feel like it'll fall off eventually.

Broke in wind using with gopro 9. Very disappointed.

Don't waste your money. Poor design but we'll made. Needs modification if it is to be functional.

Did not come with any stainless bolts to hold the arm pieces together. Only comes with the one bolt with the plastic end.
