I've been doing Water Aerobics for a few years now. Most of the basic moves in this DVD set are very familiar. However, Sue puts a little twist on these moves so I can add them to my regular routine and have some fun. I would certainly buy more from her.

Excellent exercises
Would prefer 1 45 min workout on dvd rather than 2 28 minute that you warm up a second time

Wonderful routine !!!
This is a great dvd and I enjoy the routine immensely. I have been using it almost daily and have lost 10# in the past 2 months.Great instructions from Sue.
