Your Kitchen Hero Electric Salt and Pepper Mill Set

Our salt mill is still working but the pepper mill will no longer grind. Put new batteries in it without success, the original batteries work fine in a flashlight so not dead. No information on site about warranty, and time for return has expired according to amazon.com order information. Don't have the original packaging so unsure how long the warranty is. At this cost, they're not worth the money if they only lasts a couple of months.

Interior parts are pretty cheap. Had to return the first set because the little clips inside were broken upon delivery and I can see even on the second set how fragile the little clips are inside the unit. Not very sturdy.

I purchased these and at first they worked great. After about 6 months they both stopped working, replaced batteries, cleaned really good, no use :-(. Very disappointing these don't have a 1 year warranty.

This is the second set I ordered the first one quit grinding and on this set one of the lights do not work

Grinders couldn't gandle the really coarse Himalayan salt crystals. Fixed it once but screw heads stripped. Ok for peppercorns.

I like the design and such but when it comes to grinding the motors seem to be working very hard as if they are going to quit working. So far so good, but I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that they will last a reasonable length of time. UPDATE: If I only knew. These grinders are going through batteries like crazy. The grinding motors are not very powerful and must be using up a lot of battery power to operate. I missed my Amazon window of opportunity to return this item, so I feel like I wasted $20 plus. With a previous pepper grinder, the batteries lasted for months. I have already gone through 3 sets of batteries in a little over 30 days and tend to avoid using the grinders because of how quickly they go through batteries. I would not suggest or recommend purchasing this set.
