I am writing this review after more than 6 months of extensive usage. At first i thought i made a mistake of buying a very thin light weight cycle because of my weight. Look wise the bike looks so stylish. I wasn't impressed so much on my first ride due to the pain in my wrists and slightly aggressive riding position. I could ride only 2 Kms and i felt out of breath. Even brakes were too tight and the technician was not assembled it properly. I need to do some adjustments manually. But once the new parts such as crankshaft and wheels settled in, it shows its true potential. I started covering distances of 10 to 20 kms in a day. Even my body accustomed to the cycle. Though you cannot treat it like a hardcore mountain bikes it can overcome some small off-roads and potholes effortlessly. I could do some good speeds over bumps and speed breaker in a mountain biking style. The frame and handlebars are so strong and can be felt so solid.Coming to the speed of the bike, It is one of the fast single speed bike. You can easily overtake other single speeds and even some gear cycles. The light weight helps in doing some faster sprints. In my initial days my average stayed below 20Kmph but now it stays near to 22Kmph regularly and once i touched above 23kmph which was good for a single speed cycle. But it may vary depends upon the stamina and cadence. The biggest difference in speed comes when u lower the handlebar and raising the seat height. With this aggressive position you can pedal easily and efficiently. Correct seat height adjustment may be required. To do this there are tons of videos available in youtube.My longest ride on this cycle is 102Kms in a single stretch. For 50 Kms (Once you accompanied with the cycle) you ll be feeling very comfortable and after that it will be a bit harder and you need to be hydrated well. For me i dint face any issues till 85Kms and after that it was very hard but with strong will and determination I did it. But a little hard.Maintenance wise your cycle may need some truing of wheels when coming out of the box as i did once. It also depends upon your riding style. If you often put it in potholes it may loosen the spokes and bent the rims. For seat comfort i can give one advice, Dont change it and let it do the adjustment for you. I tempted to put gel padded seats but now i am perfectly okay with the factory seat. No cushioning seat required once it is adjusted. Overall i am very much satisfied with the product and its really a bang for the buck cycle. Also it must be remembered that Hero is the iconic brand in our country and most of our countries bicycles in our past decades are from it. You can trust its reliability.

After using it 3 years I can say it is very decent cycle. In compare to its price bracket hero can offer good quality of whole frame & quality plastic accessories.Over the period it parts got damaged.Hero used very chip quality material.

I m writing this review after 15 days use.Cycle is great at this price...i bought @4299rsEasy to assemble ...if you cant just go to any shop it will take only 15mins.wheel spokes may be loose, not all but some...they can be tightened by the shop.Cycle does comes with the an allan key and a combination tool, whole cycle can be assembeled by them.AND AS IT IS NOT STATED ANYWHERE ...CYCLE DOES NOT COMES WITH MUDGUARD ..So dont read comments of stupid customers who are crying in the comment section for mudguard.Seat is very comfortable...and please dont try to install wheel reflectors ...you may break them.. goto any shop.Wheel Rim is made up of alloy and it is stronger than the steel rim...so again dont listen to stupid customer crying about rim .IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO USE TOOLS ..OR ...ASSEMBLE CYCLE...GO TO ANY SHOP..OTHERWISE YOU WILL BREAK SOMETHING ...SPECIALLY PADDLE SOCKETS.Very light weight and easy to ride .

I won't recommend this product,I have bought so many products since 2016 on amazon, but this is my one major mistake to take a chance to buy a cheaper non returnable cycle,ProsIt is cheap,Seat is comfortable for rides upto 2-4km,Cons,Brake doesn't work good,Reflectors are of poorest quality I have seen.I have bought in names of Hero but comes out to zero on durability. Paint fades away in the first week,Wheel alignment brake placement needs to be done from market. Additional cost of 300 twice. As I have replaced once.It cost me more than 700 than the price said above on amazon bcz of labour required, you can't do it on your own.Brakes are seriously 😑 not worth it. You can stop faster by your leg sometimes. Non responsive safety issues.Chain it start roaring when you drive a bit faster like a master is beating. I was at hardly 10kmph.Don't buy at all, buy better product with adding more moneyIf amazon is reading this, request you to not show such product as best seller on amazon. Your customer won't be confident in buying other products from Amazon.My first mistake. Won't buy anything heavily priced at such place.

This cycle honestly impressed me very much. I have used it everyday quite roughly for over a year now and its still holding up fine. I have serviced it only twice and it runs good. It can handle anything you throw at it. I take it for long rides 30-40kms and its completely fine. Only its not very comfy so there will be some backpain. Otherwise for this price its the best cycle we can get so i would recommend people to buy it.Only thing is i suggest getting some good aftermarket mudguards and getting some good mechanic to assemble it. Once its assembled fine, it runs great.
