And to be able to read this book, there is a need to have a prior well understanding of biochemistry, cell & molecular biology and genetics. So, basically it's not for beginners. But experienced people in the field will find this book very useful.

It’s a great book with most detailed text. The contents is attached along with an example of the illustrations found in the book.

Its a really important book if one wants to study the process of cloning, transformation in prokaryotes as well as eukaryotes (both plants and animals)..
