Best ever, nah, but tremendous value and they do sound great!
My son bought these for his birthday present of the Gammon drums that Amazon sells for $260.We had played some Sabians at a local music store. They wanted $150 for a USED set of High Hats and another $120 for a single crash cymbal. He told me to look on Amazon before we spent his birthday money. These are AMAZING and bright. High Hats are crisp, the crash sounds great and the ride has good dynamics on both the bell and the cymbal toward the edge. Are these the "best cymbals ever"? Probably not. But they are REALLY nice, especially for a drummer starting out.I sprung for the Square Trade warranty for 2 years, because, starting drummer. They could end up getting cracked, but I sort of doubt that will actually happen. I would highly recommend them after playing them a bit.

Great, inexpensive cymbal set.
My Zildjians are in another state, for the time being. I was pleasantly surprised at how good these brass cymbals sound, especially for the price. I saw a few comments about the 16" crash cymbal- to me it seems more like a thin ride/ medium crash weight, but i think it sounds okay. It's the weak link, but it isn't bad at all.

For the price, I can't argue
These sound fine for the price. I think they sound a bit tinney, but that's to be expected at this price margin. Also my practice space has mediocre acoustics so I'm sure that's part of it. They came packaged nicely and in perfect condition. I'm happy! But not 5 stars because I was just hoping they'd sound a little better. All in all, would recommend to anyone trying to budget their drum set, just want to play, and aren't audiophiles when it comes to their set. I play punk, metal and post-rock so these are perfect for me. However if you are a jazz musician or recording hi-fidelity sound, you may want to drop another $100-$200 on a nicer set.

Best for the price....wow. I'm impressed.
For your money......Wow. I thought they were going to bend and dent up. I lost all my metal moving to Arizona.....needed cheap cymbals.....I can't believe how good these sound. I play a pocket jazz kit and the tone is higher than I thought it was going to be. $200????? Nuts, man. When I get a new set, I'll keep the ride....it has a few nice sounds.

Great entry level set
These are not top of the line cymbals. They also don't cost thousands of dollars. For an entry level set, they have a nice sound, seem to be reasonably durable, and give you enough to fill a basic kit and feel like you're playing music. Is there an upgrade in my future? Most likely. These should do the trick for a good while before then.

Worth the buy if your on a budget.
The cymbal packaging was pretty solid. But the box looked like it had been opened before which I mean I didn't have a problem with it the cymbals looked unused besides a small scratch on the bottom of the ride. Once I hooked the cymbals to my set I was not a huge fan of the crash and the ride bell. But besides that they were pretty good and the crash cymbal grew on me more and more I played.

Love these cymbals!
Just got my cymbals in last week and I've been enjoying them since! For me, this was quite the upgrade from the generic cymbals that came with my set so in my opinion they sound amazing! They are honestly a great deal for what they are, great sound for a mid grade cymbal and they fit into the budget as well! Overall, sweet deal!!!

Buenos platillos a precio accesible
