Q: Is this heavy duty? i have a dr leaf vacuum its 80 mph suction. will hose collapse ?

I have had no problems with mine.

Q: How flexible is this product in low (32F) temperatures?

I have never used my leaf vacuum when it's that cold but I don't think the temperature would affect it much.

Q: How heavy duty is this the hose that came with Dr vac keeps tearing and ripping due to cold temp is this product plastic,vinyl or rubber ?

I have had no problem with this hose. The first hose I had wore out where it drug the ground. I solved that problem by shorting the hose . I use my on a Brinley Vac.
