18watt has 3star rating, and 9wat and 5watt has 3 star pluse 4 star rating
These are cheap because 18 watt led has 3 star rating for electricity consumption and 9 and 5 watt has 4 star eating.

One of the four lights of 18W is not working what to do? Can you replace one bulb. Rest all are working fine.
