Very helpful in weight lifting, especially dead lifting, worth the money and feels good. It has a very good grip, fits in my wrist perfectly as it is adjustable. I’ve been using it for a couple months now and it’s durable, and definitely worth it

Instant Review:The material looks solid. The padding is comfortable. The webbing also does not feel abrasive. I used the straps to do some heavy rows and it sure did add significant strength to the pull. The value I got with ₹225 is sure much greater in the long run.Review after using these for two months:The image you are seeing is after heavy regular use. I have used it for heavy rows and pull ups. Now I also use it for long endurance rowing sessions, and it is a game changer. My grips stay fresh while my back musculatur does the difficult part.
