Batting Tee Topper Replacement Basic Ball Rest Rubber Cup

I purchased these toppers to fit some homemade tees. Since I could almost get two of these for the price of the Franklin or Rawlings, I figured I didn’t have much to lose. I’m happy with the purchase and they fit and function well for my practices.***As an aside, I would caution building tees with PVC to galvanize at the base. A direct hit on the PVC shaft plus no give at the base equals a break at the threads. I learned the hard way.Pictured is my batting tee version 1.0.Version 2.0 (not pictured) utilizes a braided vinyl hose at the base for some much needed flexibility.

Seems like these will work great! The other topper on our softball tee broke.

Overall a good replacement tee for multiple applications. You will need to use common sense trying to make it fit your particular tee and might even have to use a little effort. If you want a tee that fits your tee perfectly without effort, then go buy a new tee.

Fit well on my tanner tee, did need a Phillips screw driver for the installation.

These done fit on top of our and stay on it is too loose.

Purchased an Athletic brand travel tee for my son. Cone lasted twice so I got on Amazon to find a replacement. These cones fit perfectly after I wrapped the tee with a few rounds of electrical tape. These cones are rubber and are more bendable than the cone that came with the tee. I expect these cones to last a lot longer than the original.

The Tee Topper arrived in a timely fashion! We had an old Tee, but the insert was long gone. We were looking for something to stimulate our grandkids interest in baseball/softball during these challenging covid times. It was a HIT! Ha! Ha! We gave the durability rating a 5, but since it has only been used a few times, we'll have to see. However, we see no reason that it should not deserve the high rating. Seems sturdy enough to at least last the season and beyond.
