Update: unfortunately these are no longer working for my MS. When the alfalfa was added they stopped working. I wish the company would just keep the pure kamut as that was working even if I needed to pay more.For a year I’ve been taking 6 capsules a day. I have MS and they have helped me with energy and inflammation. I was having some significant health problems related to my autoimmune and these have really helped me.

This is the supplement my body NEEDED! I feel so much better, I have a lot of energy. Before trying this I was so tired, so fatigued all the time! I couldn’t get enough rest, shortly after trying the wheatgrass supplement, I had energy to burn! I can’t believe how great I feel. It’s amazing! I wish I could give it 50 stars!

Going on 3 years using this product daily and the benefits are extraordinary to your body! Given it took 1-3 months to see results fully, it was worth the wait! The benefits range from alkalizing your blood (so more oxygen is provided to you thoughout your blood stream) to detoxifying all the harmful chemicals we are exposed to on a daily basis. I've been a smoker for 10 years now and ever since I started taking this product 3 years ago, smoking has been easier on my lungs and I don't wake up coughing up mucus. The Kamut, in my opinion detoxifies the lungs and provides more oxygen throughout your system. This review is strictly my opinion based off personal observation.

Excellent! Capsules are thin and easy to swallow. Also, they don't taste too strong but you can tell how potent the Wheatgrass inside is just by the shade of green. Highly effective the first day I tried them - definitely will be purchasing again!

Great natural product…when your gut is happy, you are happy. Found out about this from some docs I worked with many years ago at UNT-Houston and they were right on it. I'd rather take these than milk of mag or some other synthetic crap. Ok so like that was a post/review from a few years ago, and I say the same...Green Kamut is DA BOMB!!! Psyllium leaves ya gassy, and the rest is synthetic crap...I will order from here until I can't get it anymore!

I started taking regular wheat grass, then switched to Green Kamut. I take 2 in the morning, and 2 at lunch. I feel like it gives me a boost of energy. Beware: if you plan on increasing your dose do it slowly or you might end up with a very active digestive system and spend more time in the bathroom then planned. Pure Planet makes a great product. I love that it comes in capsules cause they are easier to swallow.

Love the Kamut in the capsules. Unfortunately I have gotten the powder instead of the capsules at least twice, the second time it was NOT returnable so be careful when ordering
