The taste, smell and texture took getting used to but the resulting energy is welcome especially for this menopausal girl who hasn't exercised in 10 years. It is supposed to balance my hormones. I don't know if it does, i know i use it and can work out and hence sleep better.I will be reordering

Haven’t been using long enough to see any benefits, the reason for 3 stars is the taste, some people say it tastes like cinnamon, nope it is like chewing a burnt log. I find the easiest way to take it is a teaspoonful in water and drink quickly

Not worth money
I used to buy this at £14.99 which I thought was expensive for the size now it’s gone up to £15.99 do I stopped buying it. I now but sevinhills £ 9.95 for a kilo! It’s just as good and much better value.
