Worst product and no customer support in India
It's worst product .. earlier it was fine now it is not holding heat inside the flask ...when I checked for customer service point in my place ...no service centre in India.....worst product ....please buy Milton I brought both at same time ....Milton is good and holding hot for around 8 hrs ......

Awesome product in budget range 👍 I tried for 12 hrs filling cold water and it's same what j expected...can go for it good quality but only one thing is not expected which is bottle cap its not fitted properly

Bad bad warranty policy
The warrenty policy is very very bad. I have purchased the product on June 2020 through amazon with 1 year warranty. Now the product is defect. But warrenty not provided by concerned company or Amazon after trying all ligal way.
