explains details of combat aiki.. centering, rooting, balance, leverage, joint vulnerability.. etc.. very well explained clearlyphotos and drawings not good but still clear.. so worth it.. basics are the foundation after all.. not for experts though :)

The publication (and it is the correct publication as stated in the same day's (03/05/2018) giving myself 2-STAR rating) has arrived through the post a little after I reviewed the my mistake 2-STAR review of my adventures with my mind, if you call it that, and I am, indeed, short and dim.Looking through the MUAY book by Master Lee shows you how much work, just in terms of pictures featured in the book/manual, that Master Lee isn't called Master Lee for nothing. 5/5 Stars just for illustrating the book sharply. The whole project of producing Master Lee's book is worthy of another 5/5 STARS!So, we agree then. Master Lee's MUAY book is well over reviewing 5/5 STARS. Me? No stars at all.Buy this publication as I wrote in my earlier review. Now I can read and view it, humble pie tastes MUAY.

When I first started doing muay thai, I always assumed it was generally a striking discipline, mainly round kicks and elbows. I found it fascinating to learn about the variety of submissions and lock techniques through the book and this book itself is spectacular due to Master Lee's clear descriptions and illustrations of the techniques

This is an excellent book; but not for beginners. You would need to have existing knowledge of applying such locks, including the limitations of joints and their range of movements.

Old book but good info on the art ,interesting for Muay Boran guys and girls i let my students read it too ,,,good insight into the old system

Good reference material for some older techniques and good descriptions.
