This is a pretty awesome products. I did not read it came in multiple packs but that is user error. This would be perfect for someone just touching up black or someone who has short hair. It took all 4 packets to dye my long hair all black but still that’s pretty dang good for the price and I was expecting to use it all anyway! I suggest though(if using for long hair) to use 2 packets then wait a day or 2 and use the last 2 packets. I’m blonde and missed a lotta spots the first go! Still great product, smells nice, easy to use!

Excellent dye. Those that write here that it didn't work on them either have no hair to dye or did not do it properly. It left my hair completely Black and natural looking. No smell like it's reported like rotten eggs, not true, 2) It bring three packets and you need all 3 to cover your head and get a full color. If you use one packet it won't dye your hair completely hence reason for 3 packets.3) The product last anywhere between 3-4 weeks and for the price and ingredients with no ammonia, you can't beat it.A BUY recommendation. Please follow the directions accordingly ...

The product did not meet my expectations. Spend too much money for only 3 packs. Please avoid this product.
