Not so useful. The heating pad does not work properly

ABSOLUTELY USELESS PRODUCT!!!
ABSOLUTELY USELESS PRODUCT!!! Would have given 0 stars if possible. It is a most useless product. The heat function does not work. The pad for cooling doea not have enough gel to cover the entire pad. It is a FAKE product. Even though the seller sent a replacement free of cost, but even the replacement does not work. 3000/- rupees of my hard earned money have been totally wasted. DON'T BUY....
