I didn't know this kind of product existed but I started looking into solutions because I was waking my partner up with my snoring. All I can say is 'Wow'. I didn't even know I needed this kind of product but as soon as I tried it I experienced instant relief. It's really incredible to feel how clearly I can breath with this thing. I've just been using it for a week, and no snoring so far. I'll need to use it for a month to see if it is really a solution for snoring. But so far, so good. The one complaint is that I have a hard time peeling off the adhesive backing. There must be a trick to it that I haven't figured out yet. But I have to spend more time than I would like struggling with it. Update: I figured out this last point. There is a split in the adhesive in the center of the strip that makes it easily peelable.

This is a great product worth trying if you snore due to congestion which forces you to sleep w your mouth throughout the night. It solves the issue and lasted all night, even my partner has noticed a big change and improves her comfort and sleep quality. The clear color is pretty discrete. Worth a shot for the relatively low price. Size: It fit just fine, I think where you position it on your nose matters most, I aim for the middle, just above the nostrils. Try flaring your nose as you place it to hold that position with the strip

I picked up these Nasal Strips (clear, small/medium) hoping for a drug-free way to reduce nighttime congestion and snoring from my husband. I love these. I have a deviated septum and put these on before I go to sleep and it definitely helps me breathe and sleep better. I will say it is annoying to wipe off my night cream and stuff on my nose before applying, your skin has to be entirely clean and dry before applying the strip or it absolutely will not stick.
