I had previously given Zevic chocolate products 5 stars as they were delicious and arrived in good condition.But I find the latest batch of 5 chocolate bars have all melted. Without checking I put them in the fridge. But when I opened a couple of bars, I found that they had melted inside the packet and we’re a total mess. Half of one bar had broken completely and melted into the bottom of the packet. The bars were very squishy and shapeless, despite having been in the fridge for two days. Trying to eat them was not a pleasant experience.Given the summer heat ( and the price) the chocolate bars should have been transported, protected by ice packs, as I think were the previous Zevic bars I ordered.I have given two stars as the the taste was still good. But I won’t be ordering this chocolate again.I don’t understand why they were squishy despite being in the fridge for two days. I suspect it may be because they have a high fat content, though the ingredients mention only milk solids, which I had assumed meant milk powder.

The chocolate is fairly soft and creamy. The sweetness is also quite authentic (though you can discern the stevia after-taste if you look for it). My main disappointment was with the very low level of flavour of orange.

Nicely made. Tasty. Did not elevate blood sugar levels. Will definitely buy again. Deducted one star as all the ones I’ve ordered came either slightly melted or with a corner crushed. Found a store that sells these at the same price as Amazon, so don’t order them online anymore.

It didnt come with ice gel pack like my earlier orders. it was liquid. chocolate had become half d size. i tried many things. cud not even remove wrapper from chocolate. i had to eat chocolate with wrapper. part of chocolate got wasted. such a waste of time and money.

We have been ordering these chocolate very often and for the past two times whenever we receive the items,ice pack is absolutely warm and chocolates are melted.Due to this it’s clumsy and messy to have these chocolates.Hope next order received by us will be fine. Thanks
