I bought one to check out and really liked it, so decided to purchase two more but had to wait three weeks (November 1st-2018 batch) since they ran out. When the second batch arrived I made the purchase. When first using electronics there can be a smell which disapates after a few hours but I have been running the second order of two for days and the smell hasn’t gone away. It is stronger in one, but both have it. I am concern that it is a health risk and requested a return. Nothing is worth compromising your health.The unit’s work and the surface temperature can reach over 300 degrees which keeps your drinks really hot, but having that odor in close vacinity is too risky for me. I put them in the garage to burn off odor but all this did was stink up the garage so I requested a return.

this mug warmer is the best. i do not have to worry about my coffee or tea gets cold when i left my coffee for a long time.i don't like my coffee turning from warm to cold. specially, in the cold season, you need the warm drink. so, this warmer got two options, which is low and high. i will choose low, because high can burn your tongue. High is to use for speed warm up. I put cold water in the mug, and place it on the warmer. it spends 15 mins to warm up the water, and it is hot. i also like to warm up my wine, hum, it is tasty.it has the circle silicone cover the warmer plate to prevent breaking or scratches.it is a good product.

It looks nice, but that is about where anything good ends. I received the first one (which took a while), and the first time I used it, it got hot. I mean really nice and hot. Kept my coffee really well. Next time I went to use it, nothing. It stayed stone cold. Never got even slightly warm. I contacted the seller they sent me a new, which I received faster than the first one. This one did exactly the same. So I am guessing they have poor quality control. I would stay away from this one unless you like cold coffee that is supposed to be hot coffee.

To be fair, I use this thing for two weeks at a time for 8-10 hours a day. So durability is important. This is my third warming in the last 3-4 years. The other two were the Mickey Mouse ones, which I would have bought again, but I'm running out of space for the cups. Anyway. The plate is plenty big for a larger cup, but the plastic around the plate is tall, so a larger cup would fit if the plastic around the plate weren't so high. Also in an office environment, the BEEP every time you press a button is beyond annoying. It is crazy loud!

Great warmer. Low setting keeps my coffee plenty hot. I was concerned about the review saying you could only use solid flat bottom mugs, since my coffee cups have a solid flat ring with the inner bottom base recessed, but the warmer works just fine.Edited: it has stopped heating for some reason. The lights come on as if it is functioning, but neither the low nor the high setting actually causes the plate to heat up. Disappointed.

So happy with is coffee mug warmer! I have been thinking about getting one for a while, don’t like my morning coffee gets cold. This warmer is stylish, easy to clear, easy to operate with two settings. Just by using the low heat setting, my coffee was able to stay hot, like it was just brewed. Although the delivery was delay, but it was totally worth the wait! Perfect for using at the office!

We've been in search of a solid and reliable coffee warmer for some time. The KUWAN coffee warmer Is a nice design with a cool digital readout, however the lowest setting was STILL WAY TOO HOT for me. The seller states the temp is around 100 deg. F but mine temped out at around 120 on low. The high temp was even higher and my coffee did not do well with such a high temperature.

Great warmer, kept coffee hot while the device was functional. After 3 days of average use, device stopped warming. Returned for a replacement. Replacement lasted less than a day; same problem. Received refund and then went to BBB and bought a $10 Mr. Coffee warmer. Mr. Coffe warmwe is reliable but doesn't keep coffee as hot in comparison to the Kuwan.
