Q: The first image shows a box that says "raspberry pi included". is the pi included or not?

There are two versions of AIY Voice. Be sure you're purchasing version 2 and you will get a Raspberry Pi Zero included. The photo of included parts shows two small circuit boards. One is the Google AIY board and the other is the Pi Zero which is the same size. You should be able to build the project with what is in the box. I built version 1 and supplied my own Raspberry Pi. The instruction for both versions are on-line and easy to follow. I noticed Version 2 comes with very much updated and debugged software. I did all the experiments and ended with my own Google Assistant that has been working solid for the last 6 months. I used a Windows 10 PC and PuTTY to log in to the Pi and set everything up. It was so much fun I bought Google AIY Vision and have that running as well.

Not me. But you can try. The whole idea is for people to think outside the box.

Q: can you run this with a Pi Zero W ?

They have a newer version optimised for Pi zero
