World of Shawls Chic Ladies Cotton Blend Crinkle Distressed Effect Scarf with Fringed Edges

This scarf was the perfect colour for what I needed, so I ordered it, hoping it would be a comfortable scarf. Well I have to say, for the money, it is perfect. Colour exactly as shown and it fits perfectly, not too bulky, soft and stays in place. I haven't washed it yet and as it's rather fine will take care with it. I have since ordered the green and equally delighted. I didn't buy it as a shawl, just a scarf, and it's perfect for that.

I purchased several of these in different colours and selected the coral one to keep (though was tempted also to keep the turquoise!). It's a gorgeous scarf in a lovely soft fabric - a bit crinkled (but not shabby) and with a distressed fringe at the ends ( but again, not shabby). Because the material is so soft, you can squire up the scarf so it's less bulkyEDITED to say that a couple of months on, it washes and dries perfectly and does not bleed colour when washing

I wear these scarves for ages now. im a busy mom so don’t have time for ironing or using pins for my headscarf so I like these scarves to wear especially when im rushing for school run with my kids. The only thing i dont like about this scarf is that they are not durable, can look old after first wash. other than that Im happy with a range of color it has, soft they are.

I have purchased four of these scarves - and I am only happy with two of them! I initially ordered a maroon one and was delighted with it. The colour is perfect. I then ordered a further three; red, latte and beige.The red one is, by far, the biggest disappointment. The red scarf in the picture looks, to me, to be a very pleasant, subtle shade of red. In reality, what they have sent me is a garish, almost neon-type red which clashes horribly with just about all my clothes, including the dress I had intended to wear it with. Not happy - so will probably dye it a different colour!The latte scarf isn't the colour I was expecting, either, and doesn't go at all well with the clothes I wanted to wear it with. It is much lighter and a bit warmer than the latte that appears on screen, and is much closer to the honey colour on their colour chart. I think they may have sent me the wrong shade.The beige I ordered appears to be very similar to the coffee colour on their chart so, yet again, another wrong colour sent to me? It is much darker than the beige, but I do like it and will be able to find clothes to wear it with.I really like the scarf fabric and was going to order more of them but, with the colours being so different to the colours on their chart, I am very reluctant to order more. I would say be really careful if you are ordering scarves to go with particular outfits because the colours really can't be relied upon. This could be happening because the scarves arrive in bags without any kind of label, and so they are accidentally sending the wrong colours out. If you're not fussed about the 'pot luck' nature of the colours so much, they are made from fabric that is very soft and pretty and they hang very well.

Lovely weight and fabric but take care with the colour descriptions. The dusky pink is more salmon but will match something else. However the warm grey is very beige/khaki and really does not match what I was looking for. The seller was quick to accept a return and I reordered a better colour for me.
