Works well, but noisy
This is a decent blower. It was fairly easy and quick to install; we did it ourselves, probably in an hour or so. It is definitely reasonably priced. The only complaint I have with it is the noise. The fan is quite loud. We don't have a huge living/family room, but it does have a very high ceiling and is open to the breakfast/kitchen area. I wouldn't say that it is so loud that you can't concentrate or enjoy a TV show, but you do have to turn up the volume. Otherwise, it does a nice job at distributing the heat from our gas fireplace.

Works? Not much else to say. Had a similar FK-12 model fan in our fireplace, that failed after 3 months of use. The iron block just came off of the spindle that's attached to the blower, so it would sit and spin, and make an awful screeching sound with it. So far that hasn't happened with this unit, but it's only just getting to month 3 of use.

Works great, and pretty easy to install
Works great, and pretty easy to install. It is a little loud but I plan on buying a dimmer to reduce the fan speed and lower the noise, otherwise it's great product...well constructed.

Good, but loud
This works well and blows the air from the fireplace, but it is a little more loud than expected. It is definitely noticeable when it is on and we have to turn the volume up on the TV.

easy to install
Fit as advertised; easy to install; works when I turn on the switch. Not as noisy as I thought it might be. I won't use it often, but when I do, it will work just fine.

Good value
Works really well helped with the heating of our home. They should make the cord heat resistant though so it doesn't get so hot and melt. We had to wrap ours
