Got it for a TV that wasn't a "Smart TV" and it's blown me away. Since the TV itself doesn't have to load the dozens of apps that a regular "Smart" variant would, it turns on much quicker. As for the actual device, it works very well, with hardly any lag and pretty good internet connection. The setup is very easy if you already have a Google account. The remote works well and even connects to the TV you're using it on to turn on, adjust volume, and sometimes even change the source. I liked it so much, I even bought another one for another bedroom, it's great for streaming and the Google Photos screen saver is a great addition for any room.

Bought this item on advise of a friend who has been using it for a while and had a lot of great things to say about it. However, unfortunately, I was unable to use it in Europe as it is geo-locked to US and cannot be used anywhere else globally. A real pity as it has such a good price>performance index.

I like the ease of use, all your apps. are right on the home screen.The voice remote works good the only thing missing on the remote is lights.Turns any TV into a smart TV.

Does lag from time to time, but honestly it's quite smooth. Definitely recommend.

First of all this saying functions like it's supposed to so far I haven't had any issues with functionality. I'm able to stream online or any of my pay for subscriptions. Super small and out of the way so it's not a bulky item setting in front of my TV and it's been very reliable turn it on use it turn it off. I noticed some other customer saying they had issues with the remote not working after a while but I'm not had that problem. It doesn't hold a lot of apps but enough to get what you need out of it. It pulls in all of your services automatically and gives you live free channels which is nice when you've cut the cables. It also allows apps to be downloaded to it from your phone or other equipment which will then let you serve on the internet or watch other stuff.

Absolutely perfect. I've been looking for a GoogleTV device that can be trimmed down and used as a cast receiver for my notebook. (GoogleTV is required in order for it to work with my firewall). This works great. I was able to uninstall many of the default apps, add Projectivity, and basically have it as now just a cast dongle. I have tried two miracast dongles and the firestick which all didn't work for me.If you are using it for actual streaming, it probably will work great as well, but I didn't test that.

Para todos aquellos que tengan un tv de los años 2014 o anterior, es super recomendado, mejora la fluidez en la navegación, se pueden instalar aplicaciones como: Netflix, Disney, Amazon, MagisTV entre otros mas. Algo que destacar es que el tv se sincroniza con el control del ONN y lo puedes usar subir volumen, apagar y cambio de entrada. Super recomendado estos aparatos. Ya es el cuarto que compro, le he regalado hasta a mi familia

I bought this to browse web and it does the job well however youtube sometime crashes and need to clear cache to restart
