I'm not personally a fan of this USB charging trend, especially since the cord into the base station is still proprietary anyway - lose it and you're out of luck. I don't understand why they go down this route and don't just throw a USB-C port in, but basically all it means is instead of "we supplied this big ugly wall-wart" you get "you supply the big ugly wall-wart".The trimmer works fine, I just don't understand this decades-long obsession in the hair-trimmer industry with "let's invent the oddest solutions to problems we made ourselves."
