This product re-creates the puberty stage in females and sends hormones loke progesterone (and other female hormones) in your body. Transgender women use this for breast and curve enhancing figures (does the same for both genders). Although this does take time varying from person to person.

I notice a 50 cent increase, thats fine I understand that, but a doubling of shipping fees? wow thats harsh! why?

Of course there is because it's made of ovarian and uterine tissue, though because it's unlikely they'd use pregnant cows, there wouldn't be a whole lot.  Losing the balance between estrogen and progesterone can have serious medical consequences in both females and males (particularly for those with as-yet undiscovered conditions) so talk to your (probably under-informed) doctor, and hopefully an endocrinologist.
