Would buy again, 100% happy, a good value 2 wheel drive e-bike 5 stars
Well designed E-Bike at an affordable price. Setting the scene, I am 62 years old, 5' 7" & 135 lbs. The bike does everything that they say it does. I would buy it again, and if my son likes it I will buy another for him. The bike arrived 4 days early, in perfect condition. I took it 10 miles on the hilliest terrain I have to travel and in dual motor mode it went right up all hills at 75% power barely using 1 bar out of 10 of battery, & I never pedaled once in those 10 miles. I was testing the motors and they did great. I tweaked the aluminum lug of the rack where it connects to the bike's seat stay, in order to get a more secure connection there. I limited the speed to 20mph max, as I have no need to travel faster than that on this e-bike. I prefer bikes that are a little large for my size & this means that I am good at planning my landings when coming to a stop. Though I can put my feet on the ground with no issue over the top tube, the fore-aft room in front of the seat is minimal - so when coming to a stop there's not much wiggle room. This makes the seat position above the pedals, very good for pedaling, and slow speed balance work. It is hugely fun to put it in dual wheel mode and just creep as slowly as possible over anything that ends up in front of it like an RC crawler. I creep it right up the stairs into my house walking beside it in dual wheel mode. The traction is amazing. No aspect of this e-bike is defective or lacking in quality. The seat itself is quite comfortable. Initially, the power level of PAS setting one, was too high - 50% I believe - so I adjusted that down to 20%. By pushing and holding the down arrow of the control you can put the bike into 'walk mode' and walk beside it, it will continue until you release the down arrow. You have front wheel drive, then can go to rear wheel drive, and then to dual wheel drive which gives excellent power delivery for hills, doubling your torque. Then the next position you can select is neutral. Unfortunately, since you can't cycle backwards through the wheel modes you have to go from dual wheel mode to neutral mode which removes electric power from the wheels until you again reach the rear wheel drive mode with the next press. No big deal but if you change it on a hill you will lose e-power until the next setting is reached. Cold weather performance was fine, it was 32F on my ride. The battery charged with no issue. This has dual planetary gear type e-hubs and the mag wheels probably help a lot with heat dissipation. The braking is excellent with sealed mineral oil hydraulic disc front and rear that stop the bike immediately should it get out of hand. Keep in mind this bike is kinda like the terminator in that with 2 wheels of traction you CANNOT just hold this back, you have to control it with the brakes. So always be planning ahead when you ride. The seller was very responsive to my questions and provided additional info. The bike's ride is unique and a lot of fun. I own 7 high end bicycles and an e-trike, so I am very familiar with riding bicycles and let us just say that I appreciate the ride of this e-bike. It reminds me a bit of the Honda 750K I rode for years in SF; though of course this is only a bicycle, it demands slow speed bike handling skills - if you don't have them you're gonna develop them fast. Lower the seat all of the way if you're in rough terrain. In single motor mode this has about the power of a 750W 48V bike with smaller tires. Since you have 2 motors though, you have twice the available torque when you really need it, for instance steep inclines while carrying cargo, or if you happen to be a heavier person. I will say that it is not a good idea to get aggressive with this e-bicycle as with dual motors you will find yourself in trouble literally twice as fast as you expect. Ride responsibly always. I use a rear facing camera and display instead of a mirror, I have it mounted to the rear of the rack. I'll attach a picture of the bike. 5 stars. If you're looking for an aluminum, 26" mag wheel dual motor, dual suspension 48v e-bike with a cargo rack, I can confirm that this one's pretty great.

Good heavy ebike
Great bike, it is a big heavy beast, but strong, great suspension in my opinion, great bike for the price point arrived 2 days early also. Did a test no pedal assist throttle only and a single charge took my just about 33 miles and how heavy it is i think that's pretty good, and had some good size hills to climb on he route and it really handled them well and im 6ft1 220 so not a small man.

A lot of quality for the money…
Twin 1000watt motors make this bike scream. The alloy wheels seem to transfer a bit more noise than the other dozen e-bikes I have built in the last couple years. Comfortable on and off road with decent full suspension. 32 mph quickly and ability to burnout both tires from a stop. The estimated travel per charge is probably exaggerated, it could use a bigger battery. Some of the included accessories are not to my expectations, so my e-bike friends got the phone holder and mirrors. …in the first week I have done over 100 miles. E-bikes are my primary transportation. I can kill this battery in 12 miles or less in twin drive mode. By upgrading to 30 lbs pressure tires, I have increased the range to 18-25 miles in “all-electric” mode. In a few weeks, I will thoroughly test the pedal assist range to give people and idea of “actual performance” of the bike’s battery and drive system.

I’ve never been able to get the front motor to work.
I’ve had this bike about three months now. I took it to Florida took it on the beach so far done a fantastic job. Definitely pay attention to how you line up the front electric connection to the front wheel/motor, align the arrows! Real head turner!

Worst instruction guide ever
We are still assembling the bike, and I have to say that I have never seen worse instructions for anything. The book shows pictures of 5 bikes and you have to figure out which one looks the most like yours, then you search through all the very dark photos for the ones most likely to be your bike. Even when you find the right ones, it leaves out so many steps that you're having to blunder through it out on your own. There are no videos online. No parts list. We've never assembled an e bike before. Each bike should have it's own complete instructions. This is completely ridiculous. How can we give a good rating if we can't ride it?

Dont buy
Cam slightly damaged, very heavy when it dies, but other than that it cruises at about 28 mph and turns like a motorcycle. Its an amazing bike but at this point get an adventure motorcycle. Edit: It broke after one crash, breaks malfunctioned and the bike would not stop, now motor is broken.

After one month, not sure
Purchased and received the bike in a timely manner, actually a week earlier than estimated. Other than a small scrape on the battery section of the frame, it arrived in good condition. Relatively easy to assemble. At 220 pounds, the fastest it would go out of the box was around 15 mph. After messaging the company, they explained how to unlock, which then got it up to 20 miles an hour. Yesterday about one month in and 12 miles, the screen seemed to malfunction and show the battery level at max 100%, higher than it ever was before with no charging. While riding, it began losing power less than 2 miles and was basically dead at five. When I got home, I put it on the charger and after charging, the screen looked the same. I took it for a test ride and it seemed more powerful and would maintain 24 to 25 mph. Just not sure what’s going on. Update. After a few emails with customer service, was able to reset controller and bike works great now. Will carry me at about 30 miles an hour with no issues on flat ground. With the big tires and the suspension, traveling off road is actually pretty comfortable.
