I am a 71 year old man in reasonable health, not a young body builder. I used this product for just a week, every other day to do light upper body arms and shoulder strengthening exercises. Today as I had it draped over the top of the door and was pulling downwards to do tricep strengthening, it snapped at very very little elongation. Clean into 2 pieces. I have used Thera bands before at 3 or 4 times the elongation that I put this through. The seller will not allow returns, unfortunately. Please do not use this product.
